In that role he is responsible for collaborating and creating the training tracks, materials, certification tracks, and pilot training programs for the Dragonchain Platform. Tommy is a master level trainer. Teaching a wide range of technologies and development tools including Blockchain, ERP & cloud technologies worldwide in a career that spans over 20 years.
His career in training and certification began in the United States Marine Corp as the training NCO for his squadron he was responsible for coordinating and insuring Marines received their necessary training. “I very much enjoy taking very difficult technologies and making them simple enough for anyone to be able to understand, then build off that. That’s is when the learning starts, on common ground.”

Jonathan Levi is an early blockchain veteran, who helped shape the Linux Foundation’s Hyperledger Fabric, an open-source blockchain platform used by such tech organizations as IBM, Cisco, and Intel. Jonathan is the founder and CEO of HACERA, which developed a revolutionary blockchain technology designed to support blockchain solutions in regulated markets and enable organizations to build and deploy fully-fledged blockchain applications on their platform of choice.
A software engineer, mathematician, and applied cryptographer, Jonathan Levi exited Stanford University with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics to focus on blockchain technology. Jonathan has over a decade of experience in both the financial industry, working on global quantitative risk management systems at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, and Standard & Poor’s, as well as a decentralized blockchain space. Jonathan was elected as one of two official release managers for Hyperledger Fabric 1.0 and is one of 11 members of the Technical Steering Committee (TSC) of Linux Foundation’s HyperledgerTM.
Kurt leads IBM’s Blockchain North America practice for the Retail, Consumer Products and Travel and Transportation industries. To complement his focus and to give back, he is an adjunct professor at Seattle University and has chaired the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Board, while serving as an advisor to the U.S. Customs Border Patrol and many startups. His “blockchain moment” was during a 5-month sabbatical when he was asked to write and analytic article on Ports and ended up putting blockchain as a center column in the article on blockchain. Kurt grew up in Colorado, lives in Seattle, WA and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
